My IE explorer crashes when opening new window through hyperlink....what can i do?

you might have spyware or junk files. Please do the following:

1. Download and install CCleaner from http://www.ccleaner.com/

Run all scans and clean.

2. Download Ewido, http://www.ewido.net/en/download/ , install, open program, check for updates, restart computer, press F8 before windows logo appears, select safe mode, open Ewido, run full system scan. let Ewido delete all it finds.

3. Also download Windows Defender Beta from http://www.microsoft.com/ . Install and do a full scan and restore internet explorer settings

4. If the two above do not work to rid of the problem:

Download and Install HiJackThis.

Copy and paste your log to:

Click ANALYZE

Look for NASTIES and delete from HiJackThis
