Uninstall Internet Explorer through your add/remove programs feature in your control settings. Then reinstall the IE 6.0.

Better yet, switch to Firefox, its faster and has great support and plugins.

try this,

click on tools,internet options,security tab,custom level,

scroll down to "navigate sub-frames across different domains

and click on enable. click on apply ,ok, and exit. exit internet explorer and reenter. try to attach again.
ie7 has got nothing to do with your inbox. so the problem should be on ur account
