well, since those dlls are ie specific if i were you i'd download ie from microsoft's website www.microsoft.com

Other thing, maybe you are asking the worng question, ie dlls are not supposed to be missing so maybe you should be asking why they are missing in the first place.

You may be facing a virus problem (most likely), HD problem or a general windows problem (that may be the case if you install and uninstall programs very often).
